EMerge’s experienced on-site Staffing Managers and Coordinators will work directly with your Hiring Managers and/or Human Resources Departments to source, screen, pre-qualify, and reference check candidates to match your specific needs. We manage the entire staffing process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer formulation, offer presentation, and closing.

• Off-Site Sourcing and Screening
To assure our on-site Staffing services are successful for your company, we employ off-site sourcers to augment the activities of our on-sites, in high-volume hiring situations where one or two on-site personnel would not be enough. With EMerge, you pay the same price as for on-site support only.

• Contingency Placement
For clients who need occasional talent augmentation, EMerge offers a full-service contingency placement service. Our experienced account managers will work with your Hiring Managers and/or Human Resources to create crisp, precise hiring specifications, recommend job posting strategies, mine the companies which most appeal to your management team as hiring targets, and work with you through every step of the interview, offer, and closing process.

• Contract Talent Delivery
Clients often need contract or temporary help in the technical, engineering or design areas. EMerge has an extensive database of contract and temporary talent available upon request.

• Retained Search
A focused, retained search may be the best approach for key leadership roles within your organization. Using our market knowledge of competitors within your space, we work with your Executive team to identify target companies where top talent resides, and then approach, pitch, secure interest, and thoroughly interview appropriate candidates for your leadership team. EMerge’s principal staff has over twenty years experience in Executive and Technical retained search.

• Compliance with OFCCP/AAP/EEOC Reporting Requirements
EMerge uses proprietary database software, which satisfies all Federal and State reporting requirements, even the newest “Electronic Applicant” Regulations. Reports, upon request, are bundled with all of our services at no additional cost to our clients.
